Canton Tower

The tallest tower in the world at the moment is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Not surprisingly it dominates the Dubai skyline and can be seen from 60 miles away. Though it dwarfs some of the other towers it’s not just the outside that counts. Inside it is unbelievably plush with no expense spared. It holds lots of other records, such as highest occupied area in the world, longest elevator; well it would need to be as imagine all the stairs up to 828 meters in height. It has a restaurant, state of the art gym, corporate suites and water features. Designed partly as a tourist attraction it is a statement of wealth and power for the United Arab Emirates.

Canton Viaduct

The Canton Viaduct is a key link on the 150 mph Northeast Corridor Main Line. The 175-year old stone arch viaduct was converted from a single track operation to two-track service as part of the rehabilitation. TranSystems was responsible for the inspection, using lift equipment, free climbing techniques, divers, and the removal of selected stones to provide access to interior voids. TranSystems then designed the temporary and final track locations over and approaching the viaduct, which will carry MBTA commuter, Amtrak passenger and Conrail freight. Design parameters include future 150-mph operations of conventional and high speed equipment (tilt-train).

By Sarah Fitzmaurice

Back together again: Brad Pitt joined his brood for a family meal together in London last night

Earlier in the day one half of Brangelina had taken their brood on a creative day out.

But later in the evening the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reunited for a family meal out in London.

The famous family made their way to Benihana, a Japenese restaurant on the Kings Road last night.

Brad, 47, had taken time out from filming his latest movie World War Z to spend some quality time with Angelina and their six-strong brood.

And given the size of the family they were seen arriving in a large people carrier.

Large family: While Brad sorted out a table at Benihana restaurant on the Kings Road in Chelsea Angelina was seen in the car with their brood

Family meal: Brad joined Angelina and their children, who had spent the day together, for the family meal

Brad was dressed in a pair of camel coloured trousers and a cream knitted cardigan and the actor also donned a pair of thick rimmed glasses.

Meanwhile Angelina opted for an all-black ensemble, very different to her white dress she had worn earlier in the day.

Earlier in the day the Salt actress, 36, took her children to the Pottery Café in the town for an afternoon of decorating ceramics.

Feeling crafty: Angelina Jolie took her children to a pottery decorating centre in Richmond earlier today

And the family were in for a treat as the craft centre is running a pirate and princess promotion over the summer holidays.

It seems that the children got into the swing of decorating leaving with bags of their creations and the day out proved to be quite a smash hit with the brood.

Angelina, who flew to the Netherlands over the weekend to attend the trial of Congolese warlord Thomas Lubanga, was dressed in a midi white linen dress for the outing.

Cute kiddies: As Angelina emerged holding on to Knox's hand he was seen talking to his sister Zahara

The actress was also wearing her signature style eye wear – a pair of gold aviator sunglasses as she emerged from the craft centre hand-in-hand with her three-year-old son Knox.

Brad is still filming his upcoming film World War Z in Scotland while Angelina entertains the children in London.

All white: The actress opted to wear a midi white linen dress for the craft outing and was seen helping her children back into the van as they left the centre

All in? The mother-of-six teamed her dress with a pair of nude patent wedges and her signature style eye wear a pair of gold aviators

In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine Angelina opened up about her relationship with Brad Pitt and revealed that despite having six children together, both biological and adopted, they have no plans to get married.

The Mr and Mrs Smith star commented in an interview in the October issue of the magazine and said: 'There is no secret wedding’

She also quashed rumours that the couple will be having more children, at least for the moment and said: ‘I’m not pregnant. I’m not adopting at the moment.'

Spending time with the grandparents: The Children enjoyed a visitor to the park with their maternal grandfather Jon Voight while their parents were away last weekend

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff gives five housemates immunity after becoming the second person to be evicted from Celebrity Big Brother

By Sarah Fitzmaurice

Evicted: Pamela Bach has become the second person to be evicted from the Big Brother House last night

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff has become the second person to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The 47-year-old mother-of-two was evicted from the house in a surprise eviction earlier tonight.

Pamela was tasked with giving half of the house immunity from Friday's eviction and chose to save Jedward, Paddy Doherty, Amy Childs and Kerry Katona from the public vote.

Pamela had donned a short silver and black sequined dress which she teamed with a thick waist belt and sheer tights.

As she departed the house she said she was happy to be leaving and told housemates: 'Have a great time be kind to each other.'

Pamela was greeted by a loud chorus of boos and a few cheers as she exited the house.

Short and sparkly: Pamela opted for a silver and black sparkling dress with a large black waist belt and sheer tights for the eviction

Speaking to Brian Dowling in her post-eviction interview she said she thought Darryn was the reason she was out of the house but said she didn't hold any grudges.

Speaking of paparazzo Lyons, who was also up for eviction, she said he 'did a lot of in your ear stuff,' suggesting he was influencing other housemates.

Safe from eviction: Pamela chose Jedward and Paddy as her first two choices to save from eviction on Friday

Keeping it in the family: The actress also selected her 'sexy sister' Amy and 'mummy to mummy' Kerry to also be saved from the public vote

The actress and producer said she had even overheard him talking to other housemates while she was ill.

Pamela, who used to be married to David Hasselhoff, said that she had a 'great time' in the house but couldn't identify who had voted for apart from Darryn and Tara.

Opening up: Pamela said she though Darryn was the reason she was evicted and said he did ' a lot of in the ear stuff' suggesting he was influencing the others but said she didn't hold a grudge

The blonde who was often heard making bizarre statements while in the house said her favourite catchphrase was 'Breathe in god breathe out love.'

Yesterday Pamela was teamed with Bobby in the twin task becoming Pambob, but the pair failed to prove that they had the most 'twintuition'.

After viewing a montage of her best bits in the house Pamela was given one final task to perform.

Still smiling: Despite the audible boos from the audience Pamela had a smile on her face as she made her way from the house

Unimpressed? Darryn, who Pamela suggested was behind her eviction did not look happy when she failed to save him from eviction on Friday

She had to choose four people in the house to offer immunity to, meaning half the house would be exempt from the eviction on Friday.

After a few moments of silence she said:'One thousand percent John and Edward.'

Double trouble: Yesterday Pamela and Bobby had taken part in the twin task together becoming Pambob but failed to prove they had the most 'twintuition'

Short stint: Pamela lasted just two weeks inside the Big Brother house and has become the second person to be evicted from the show

And while the crowd shouted out names she continued: 'I'm gonna pick Paddy.'

She also saved Amy Childs who she dubbed her 'sexy sister' before saying :'Mummy to Mummy Kerry.'

Bobby, Darryn, Lucien and Tara are all now up for Friday's eviction.
