Ireland forced to take EU bailout

On Sunday evening, the EU and IMF confirmed that they had agreed to make funding of €85 billion available to Ireland and we'll be getting into that ball of crap in the coming days.

Strictly - Week 9 Catch Up!

Kara Tointon and Artem Chigvintsev - Jive

Len: (9) First out... first class! It was a top-drawer jive, you steamed up my glasses, you came out full on. It was a little bit hesistant here and there, there were maybe a few steps you didn't feel all that confident about and you didn't really attack. But overall, a really good start to the show. Well done."
Alesha: (9) "I think you two are on a journey, and that dance was once again one with lots of content. There was a really cutesy feel about the whole thing. To be a little bit picky, you were looking down a lot and you lost your timing. But it was full of personality, the kicks and flicks were great and once again, Kara, you lit up the room and I loved it."
Bruno: (9) "You jiving peanut, I feel all frisky, I love the way you put sex appeal into it. Maybe because of that you sometimes lost a bit of your sharpness, sometimes you need a little bit more attack. But again, a great performance."
Craig: (7) "You danced very neatly and very specifically, and the attention to detail was once again very precise. However, the whole side-by-side section I felt like you lost synchronicity and timing throughout. I don't know what happened at the end, were you supposed to finish in that split thing? Your recovery was terrible."

Ann Widdecombe and Anton Du Beke - Rumba
Alesha: (5) "Kate Winslet, eat your heart out, I would say - my favourite storyline of the series so far, and actually I could see a genuine love between you which was wonderful. Although there wasn't much content, well done for remembering the steps. I enjoyed it."
Bruno: (3) "The Ark Royal follows the Titanic and SINKS the rumba into the deepest and darkest depth of dance, darling."
Craig: (1) "Fractured, passionless. And in fact, that iceberg showed more emotion. There was not an ounce of spirit or emotion. It was bad dancing, I'm sorry."
Len: (5) "I'm a bit like a James Bond martini, I'm shaken not stirred. I've got to be honest, you did a hand-to-hand. Admitedly, they were off time and you had the wrong footwork. But it was the daftest dance I've ever seen. I laughed from the minute it started to the last."

Patsy Kensit and Robin Windsor - Argentine tango
Bruno: (7) "Patsy, the good thing, you really started to focus and place your legs this week. You were on it, you were extending your leg, you were pointing your feat - but it lacked spunk! When you do this dance, you have to go for it. It's a like a man and a woman, I give it to you. I felt you didn't enjoy it because maybe you were trying to get the technique right. I didn't get that fleshy, passionate feel."
Craig: (7) "He's right, it did lack flair and it did lack attack and I would like to have seen more extreme line, also you lacked any swivel on the footpass. But, it did have an intent and it did have a purpose - the main consideration, I think you did very well.
Len: (8) "I liked it, I thought you captured the mood of the dance. Now hopefully you'll be back next week. What I would like to say to you is, you won't win Strictly Come Dancing being careful. You've got to come out with more intent, you've got to practice a bit harder because I don't want you to slip away from the 'Fab Four' that's at the top there, and you will get through if you really work. Sell it - go down in flames rather than going down safe."
Alesha: (8) "I actually thought you held the intensity all of the way through. You didn't take your eyes off Robin once. You pulled me in and you maintained your character, your legs looked stunning, beautifully pointed toes, nice composure and I loved it."

Scott Maslen and Natalie Lowe - American smooth
Craig: (6) "What a terrible, terrible shame, and it all began with terrible footwork over there in the corner. It completely collided. There is some good, however, I loved the lift - I thought that was beautiful, as difficult as it was. But it was a complete disaster really."
Len: (7) "It wasn't a complete disaster, that's untrue because you are actually a class act. You didn't do yourself justice tonight, you were doing a three-step over there. See, people don't realise on the foxtrot there are steps where you have to be at the side of your girl, then you have to get in line with your partner. And it was just over there and I thought that threw you off. So I'm saying to you, you're a really good dancer. You've had a little incident, don't let it affect you, come back stronger."
Alesha: (9) "I really felt for you Scott, I've made those mistakes. What I loved about you was that you just carried on, some people would just give up and crumble but you didn't. It was still a classic American smooth, I still enjoyed it, you still look like a pro out there, babe - very, very good."
Bruno: (9) "Scott, don't worry, you're still smoother than anyone else. The fact is, what you did was very, very difficult - I don't care, you made a mistake. But some parts of it were excellent. You have great musicality, you have great musical phrasing in a way very few people do, let alone somebody who has never danced before. So don't beat yourself down about it - it was still very, very good, my darling."

Gavin Henson and Katya Virshilas - Jive
Len: (6) "When you hate doing something, you can't come out and really perform. You just want to get it over with and you know, you hated it, I hated it, we all hated it. You came out and gave it a go, Gavin. And good on you."
Alesha: (7) "Gavin, you look so funny but you look so cute. There were timing issues throughout and the opening section was very ambitious, but you were really trying and that's admirable. I just want to give you a big hug."
Bruno: (6) "Why are you not giving it to me? It was like Clark Kent not quite turning into Superman. Most of it was off-time. It was cute, and you look good in tight pants, but unleash the Superman, Gavin. Come back and show it to us."
Craig: (3) "That bottom-wiggle was completely unnecessary, and smacks of desperation, and I think you're giving Ann Widdecombe a run for your money."

Matt Baker and Aliona Vilani - American smooth
Alesha: (8) "You're a very good dancer and probably one of the strongest in the competition, Matt, but I'm sorry to say I was a little bit disappointed tonight, just slightly. Do you know what it is? I didn't feel relaxed. You carry a lot of tension in your face, your smile seemed forced, I didn't like the turns. Not taking anything away from your talent, I just didn't feel it tonight."
Bruno: (9) "What I like about you, you put so much into what you do, total commitment. I can see how hard you work. But you go from being beautiful to American psycho. It spoils it a little bit, you really have to control the way you use your talent because you're a great dancer.
Craig: (8) "I thought the opening sequence was absolutely fantastic, as were all the lifts. I did think however you were trying a little too hard through the free expression moments, you need to release a little bit through your back and you should actually use the legato at the same time in the music as your body."
Len: (8) "It obviously hasn't worked as a dance, and normally you're really good - tonight you were nearly good."

Pamela Stephenson and James Jordan - Charleston
Bruno: (9) "It was like a witty play, and it's gonna get a BAFTA from me!
Craig: (9) "Risky, perilous, danced without any fear. I loved it."
Len: (10) "Well, I've gotta say, that tickled my fancy. You enjoyed doing it, I enjoyed watching it."
Alesha:(10) "It was the best dance of the night."

Total: 38/40


As you can see, it was an eventful night on Saturday with Pamela & James scoring highly to stay top and Ann & Anton holding up the bottom of the table. But after factoring in the public votes, it was Patsy & Robin that left the dancefloor which is a shame as she was showing real improvements.

At the risk of being unpopular, I do now believe that it's time for Widders to go - it was great fun for the first couple of weeks but talented dancers are now leaving the show so that she can survive from week to week. Will the public finally put her out of her misery? Find out on Saturday!

It's chilly in Dublin

Dublin was hit with some very strange weather this past weekend, in particular late on Friday night/early on Saturday morning. I was awoken from my sleep by my sister who was telling me that there had been thunder (she gets nervous when she hears thunder for some reason). I sat up and saw a huge flash of light before hearing a crack of thunder that honestly lasted 30 seconds. Now, normally when there's thunder and lightening, there's a fair amount of rain attached, but this was the first time I've ever seen them accompanied by heavy SNOW.


I was then directed towards this video by a friend and it shows the lightening in all it's glory. As loud and slightly scary as it was, it looks beautiful in this video. I particularly like how, for one second, it's like daytime from the flash.



There was more of this last night and, once again, it was accompanied by a snowstorm. With another week of this cold front to get through, I wonder if there will be more of the same....

Death of a legend...

San news out of the US yesterday - the great comic Leslie Nielsen died at the age of 84 from complications with pneumonia. Best remembered for his roles in Airplane! and The Naked Gun trilogy, he had worked in showbiz for 60 years. He died in hospital in Florida on Sunday evening.

Okay, thanks to the idiots at Eircom and Sky, we have a LOT to catch up on and I'll be doing a round up of the X Factor and Strictly tomorrow evening.

But before we get to all of that, let's take a look at Kylie on the back of a duck (?) being forced to mime Get Outta My Way. No, I haven't been at the vodka - this is all from the 2010 Thanksgiving Parade which aired on NBC last Thursday. Apparently, they make all of the singers mime....

TV Problems

Due to some problems with the TV, I'm not goping to have any LIVE BLOG's for tonights Strictly or X Factor, but I hope to recap them all tomorrow afternoon/early evening before the results shows!

The STRANGEST weather....

I was woken at 4:30 this morning by some major thunder and lightning and assumed that it was raining .... but I was wrong. This thunder and lightning accompanied a snowstorm and I don't just mean a trickle of snow - it was chucking it down!

It's unusual for Ireland to see snow in late November, never mind snow this heavy, and the forecast for the weekend is for more snow with Met Eireann issuing a severe weather watch for the whole of Ireland. The same goes for the UK where the Met Office has also issued weathe warnings for the bulk of the country. If you want to check out the latest warnings, please click on the links below:

So here are the top three perfromances from this weeks Stricty. Because the vids are in HD, you'll have to click through to view them.

First up is a woman who I dodn't like at that start of the competition (I don't know why), but now I love her and look forward to her dances every week - Pamela Stephenson and her partnrt James Jordan. Look at her joy when she gets the 10!



Next are Kara and Artem who had a nasty mishap in training. You'll also see her slip up inthe post dance interview and give away that Blackpool is a romantic place for them both!



And last up is the delicious Matt Baker who gave an energetic and acrobatic performance on his way to the top of the leaderboard!



.... Okay I'll admit that I can't not post the video of Ann and Anton. You'll laugh so hard when you see her getting thrown and dragged!

X Factor - Week 7 Results LIVE BLOG

Now it's on to the X Factor an their Beatles week results show. I know who I want out tonight, but only time will how the British and Irish public have voted this week.

But before we get to that, we have our special guest performances. Olly Murs and the X Factor finalists will be entertaining us.

First up it's Olly with his crank spanking new single! I'm not fan of this one, but I'm sure that his fanbase will get it to number 1.

Now it's on to this years X Factor charity single - Heroes. I appreciate that this is for charity, but miming? Really Mr. Cowell? That's the worst charity single they've ever recorded.

Sidenote: The Irish Government has chosen NOW to announce the financial bailout. Have they never heard of the X Factor!

Strictly - Week 8 Results LIVE BLOG

Here we go - "live" from Blackpool, it's the Strictly results show. Who do will think will be leaving tonight?

We open the show with the compulsory dance from the professionals - this week dancing to one of my favourite songs Bootylicious! I think thats the most fun one of these dances so far this series!

And now to our first special guys of this evening - Cirque du Soleil! That is a seriously acrobatic and energetic performance - I'm tired just watching!

Kylie Minogue - Better Than Today

Here's the official video for Kylie's new single Better Than Today which, when compared to All The Lovers and Gett Outta My Way, seems very low key. I still think its fantastic tho!

X Factor - Week 7 LIVE BLOG

Now it's over to ITV1 and the cast of the biggest soap opera in the UK. Tonight our remaining contestants will be murdering ... I mean performing songs by The Beatles.

The first person to take to the stage is Matt Cardle an he's singing Come Together. Loving the sexy vest look! Its a fantastic vocal and the overall performance is brilliant. Judges comments are mixed but they're all playing games at this point so you can't believe a word out o their mouths!

Next up is Cher Lloyd - our very own Vicky Pollard - and tonight she's going to be singing Imagine. Vocally it's okay but I think it's the wrong song choice for her because it shows that she has a weak voice. I'm going to gloss over the fact that this isn't a Beatles song. Judges are mixed but Cheryl is of course sticking up for her.

Sidenote: Dermot, never shout at your boss on live tv.

Act three are Simon's last act - One Direction and they're singing All You Need Is Love. I'm not a fan of this arrangement and it's the first week that I've heard Liam's voice this shaky. Funny how Simon's acts always sing to a much louder backing track than anyone else.... Judges are mainly liking them but some deserved criticism from Dannii.

Our fourth act is Rebecca Ferguson who will be singing Yesterday. It sounds like a very nervous performance from the girl who has done no wrong so far. Dannii and Simon pulled her up on the nerves but apart from that its positive.

And now it's on to Mary Byrne! I don't know what song she's singing but she just gave me goosebumps. An absolutely AMAZING performance!! I think it her best performance of the series and the judges love her!

Our next act is Paije Richardson and he's singing Let It Be. Stunning performance - Paije has his mojo back and the crowd are on their feet! Judges love him - Simon says it's a million times better than last week.

And now the MADNESS that is WAGNER who'll be performing one of his trademark mash ups. Louis needs to go over how a microphone works because twice there he was singing and it was nowhere near his mouth. I'm going to do a Cheryl on this and just say that it was "entertaining". Catty Cheryl just came out in those comments!

And now our final act of the evening - Katie Waissel - who will hopefully leave the show this weekend. I like the song choice and the look but I can't help that she's here at the expense of some much better singers (Treyc and Aiden). She's kinda murdered the song by making it her own and I feel that she could be in danger AGAIN this week. High praise from Cowell - I don't understand why they're so he'll bent on keeping her in the show week after week.

Strictly - Week 8 LIVE BLOG

Live from Blackpool, it's Strictly Come Dancing! Tonight the top 8 contestants take to the floor, all hoping to do enough to stay in the competition.

An amazing group performance from the professionals and good to see some of the departed contestants in the audience.

The first couple to take to this magnificent dance floor are Patsy and Robin who will be dancing the samba. It's an energetic performance to open the show - I loved it! She looks amazing! The judges comments are mixed because she mixed up one move an Craig is slating some parts of it (for a change).
Score: 28/40

The next sequined warriors taking to the floor are Kara and Artem. Some worrying footage of rehersals and Artem injuring his neck. They'll be dancing the american smooth - fantastic performance and his injury didn't show at all. Three of the judges LOVE it but Len is calling foul on there being no hold during the dance.
Score: 35/40

The third couple are Matt and Aliona an they're dancing the samba. I really like their performance and will now admit that I think Matt is a hottie ... especially in that see through shirt. The judges love it (no comments from Alicia) but Len didn't like the backflips at the end of the routine.
Score: 38/40

Sidenote: I think Len is in a bad mood tonight

Couple number four are Felicity and Vincent and they're dancing the American Smooth. I've made no secret of my dislike of Felicity - she's a boring dancer. The routine is slow and laid back and there are a lot of swing lifts which just seem to be there to take up time. Mixed comments, but Alicia thinks that it's Felicity's best dance to date.
Score: 30/40

Sidenote: Vincent looks like a sex pest

The fifth couple are Gavin and Katya and they'll be dancing the American Smooth. Seeing him emotional about his kids just shows that he's the perfect man! I loved it - the lifts, when he was in hold and when he was dancing alone - he really has improved over the weeks. Craig called it lame an lacklustre but Len disgrees strongly. Alicia told him that he's heading in the right direction.
Score: 27/40

Sidenote: His bum in those trousers is HEAVEN!

Couple number six are Scott and Natalie an they're dancing the samba. Can he build on last weeks 39/40? The performance is full of energy and was amazing! Judges comments are mixed but Craig didn't like it at all.
Score: 32/40

Our next couple are Pamela and James dancing the American smooth. The routine brilliant - I loved the storytelling and the sensational lift at the end. Judges love it - Alicia called her the Queen of Blackpool!
Score: 37/40

The final couple taking to the Blackpool dancefloor are Ann and Anton who will be dancing the samba. The woman is hilarious and there were some amazing lifts and swings in there. My face is sore from laughing but at the risk of being unpopular, I think it may be tome for Ann to leave....
Score: 13/40 (which is being booed by the crowd)

Are we ready or another busy night?

Saturday has rolled around again and that means more Strictly and X-Factor.

Starting at 6:30pm, the stars of Strictly will be dancing in the famous ballroom in Blackpool Tower but who's last dance will it be?

Then at 8:00pm, it's over to the X-Factor and their Beatles week. It would appear that the songs have leaked - this cropped up over on digitalspy.co.uk earlier in the week:

According to The Sun, last week's sing-off survivor Katie Waissel has decided to sing 'Help', while fellow 24-year-old Rebecca Ferguson will tackle 'Yesterday'.

Cher Lloyd has reportedly chosen to perform John Lennon's 'Imagine', and Simon Cowell's One Direction have decided upon 'All You Need Is Love'.

Matt Cardle is said to be singing 'Come Together' - previously performed on the ITV singing contest by Olly Murs - while Paije Richardson will tackle 'Let It Be'.

In Louis Walsh's category, Mary Byrne has been given 'Something', while Wagner Carrilho keeps up his record of performing medleys by fusing together 'Get Back', 'Hippy Hippy Shake' and 'Hey Jude'.

5 Alasan Komputer Wajib di Shut Down Setelah Selesai Menggunakann

Setiap kali kita menggunakan komputer, setelah selesai kita waijb melakukan proses shutdown. namun, biasanya beberapa user kadang suka males menunggu proses shutdown yang agak lama, jadi langsung saja matiin dari tombol power atau dari stop kontaknya.

Nah bagi yang pernah melakukannya disarankan untuk baca pembahasan ini. Bila kita terlalu sering mematikan komputer dengan cara mematikan hubungan listrik ke komputer tanpa melakukan proses Shutdown, ada beberapa kendala yang akan terjadi :

1. Pada saat proses Shutdown komputer akan meregistrasi ulang komponen komputer yang terpakai (digunakan) dan software serta data yang dipakai atau yang di delete.

Kalau kita mematikan komputer secara langsung, maka komponen atau software serta data yang digunakan tidak dapat disimpan kedalam registri, sehingga bila terjadi masalah pada komputer maka komputer tidak dapat menjalankan system recovery berdasarkan tanggal atau waktu yang di tetapkan.

2. Pada saat proses Shutdown, processor memberikan perintah kepada bios untuk menghentikan segala pekerjaan-pekerjaan komponen peralatan, sehingga arus atau daya yang terpakai diputus secara normal.

Tapi kalau kita mematikan langsung maka komponen komputer secara mendadak mati tanpa pemutusan arus secara normal sehingga lama kelamaan akan menimbulkan kerusakan pada komponen komputer.

3. Pada saat proses Shutdown fan komputer akan bekerja dua kali lebih cepat untuk proses pendinginan processor, kalau kita mematikan komputer secara langsung, maka pendinginan processor tidak bekerja secara normal maka lama-kelamaan processor bisa rusak.

4. Pada saat proses Shutdown system memory akan dikosongkan, sehingga pada saat komputer dipakai lagi maka memory sudah benar-benar dalam keadaan refresh, kalau kita mematikan komputer secara langsung maka besar kemungkinan memory bisa rusak.

5. Pada saat proses Shutdown hard disk bekerja untuk menyimpan data yang diperintahkan processor serta menyalin data komponen serta software kedalam registrasi komputer, kemudian head hard disk akan kembali ke posisi awal (ke posisi tidak membaca hard disk).

Kalau kita mematikan komputer secara langsung maka selain data komponen dan software tidak tersimpan pada registry, juga posisi head hard disk berada di tengah-tengah silinder hard disk, sehingga pada saat dihidupkan kembali komputer dapat merusak silinder hard disk sehingga terjadi Bad sector hard disk, lama kelamaan akan menyebabkan hard disk rusak.

Itulah sebabnya mengapa pada saat proses Shutdown komputer lama untuk mati. Oleh sebab itu hendaknya jika mematikan komputer harus melakukan proses Shutdown terlebih dahulu, bila kita tidak ingin ada masalah kerusakan pada system komputer, baik software maupun hardware nya.

Hore, Hukuman Anggodo Diperberat Setahun

Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta menambah setahun hukuman terdakwa kasus percobaan penyuapan kepada Pimpinan KPK, Anggodo Widjojo, menjadi lima tahun penjara.

Majelis Hakim Pengadilan yang diketuai Jurnalis Amran itu tetap menyatakan Anggodo tidak terbukti melakukan upaya menghalang-halangi penyidikan korupsi yang dilakukan KPK.

“Menyatakan terdakwa Anggodo terbukti secara dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama dengan pidana selama lima tahun dan denda Rp250 juta subsidair 5 bulan,” ujar Juru Bicara PT DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Sobari seperti membacakan salinan putusan ketika ditemui di kantornya, Jumat(19/11/2010).

Sebelumnya, Pengadilan Tipikor yang majelisnya diketuai Hakim Tjokorda Rae Suamba menyatakan Anggodo hanya terbukti bersalah melakukan upaya percobaan penyuapan dan dihukum selama empat tahun penjara.

Namun Tjokorda memvonis bebas Anggodo terhadap pasal dakwaan kedua yaitu menghalang-halangi penyidikan kasus SKRT yang melibatkan kakaknya, Anggoro Widjojo sebagai tersangka. Putusan itulah yang menyebabkan Penuntut Umum KPK menganjukan banding ke PT DKI.

Terhadap banding itu, PT DKI menolak, dan menguatkan putusan Pengadilan Tipikor yang menyatakan terdakwa Anggodo tidak terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi sebagaimana yang dituduhkan dalam dakwaan kedua.

“Membebaskan terdakwa dalam dakwaan kedua,” sambung Ahmad.

Maaf apabila terdapat kesamaan tokoh, nama, lokasi, produk, dll,

Kejadian ini bermula ketika secara tak sengaja aku berpapasan dengantukang

Mie Ayam keliling yang biasa beredar di sekitar pelabuhan.

Siang itu, kulihat dia tengah berasyik masyuk di pinggir jalan,

cekikikan sambil melihat sesuatu yang ada di tangannya.

Bahkan saking asiknya, gerobak mie ayam itu ditinggalkannya begitu

saja,seakan mengundang pemulung jail untuk mengangkutnya

Karena penasaran, diriku pun bertanya”Mas Jason (panggil saja demikian,

karena dia sering dipanggil Son amapelanggannya “Son.. mie ayamnya siji

maning sooon..”), sedang apa kok asik bener di pojokan?” tanyaku

Tarif Kamar Hotel Gayus Rp3 Juta/Malam

Mafia pajak Gayus Halomoan Tambunan diketahui menginap di kamar 1522, Hotel Westin, Nusa Dua, Bali. Kamar dengan harga Rp3 juta per malam itu bukanlah tarif termahal di hotel ini. Tarif termahal dipatok seharga Rp10 juta.

“Kamar 1522 itu jenis Royalty Room, tarifnya Rp3 juta-an,” kata Direktur Marketing dan Komunikasi Hotel Westin, Rainata Tjoa, saat dihubungi VIVAnews.com, Jumat 19 November 2010.

Menurut Rainata, untuk nama pemesan kamar akan disampaikan langsung oleh tim penyidik kepolisian. Pengelola hotel sudah memberikan semua data-data itu kepada kepolisian.

Kamar hotel yang diinapi Gayus ini memiliki pemandangan langsung menghadap kolam renang. Fasilitasnya sama dengan kamar lainnya, “Tetapi memiliki akses menuju Club Lounge. Internetnya 24 jam, plus makan siang dan coffee,” kata dia.

Gayus yang bersama istrinya ke Bali itu diduga menggunakan nama samaran Sony Laksono. Sedang istrinya tidak menggunakan nama samaran, Mila Anggraeni.

Sebelumnya, Kapolda Bali Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Hadiatmoko mengatakan, Gayus menggunakan nama samaran untuk memesan kamar hotel. Sebelumnya dikatakan kamar nomor 522.

Selama di Bali, Polda belum mengetahui mantan pegawai pajak golongan IIIA itu berpelesir kemana saja. Markas Besar Polri sudah mencopot Kepala Rutan Mako Brimob, Komisaris Polisi Iwan Suswanto, dan delapan bawahannya, karena diduga menerima suap dari Gayus.

Saat menjalani persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Senin 15 November 2010 Gayus mengaku dirinya keluar Rutan Markas Komando Brimob untuk pelesir ke Bali. Gayus kedapatan sedang menyaksikan ajang tenis internasional. “Yang di Bali betul saya,” kata Gayus.

Partai Geert Wilders Dilanda Berbagai Skandal Seks

Kebebasan Belanda (PVV) yang dipimpin Geert Wilders sedang tersandung banyak masalah. Partai ultra kanan yang anti-Islam itu sedang menghadapi berbagai skandal seks yang menjerat anggotanya di parlemen.

Padahal pada pemilu Juni lalu, PVV bisa dibilang berhasil mendulang banyak suara berkat slogan-slogan kampanyenya yang anti-Islam. Partai ini mampu menaikkan perolehan kursinya di parlemen dari sembilan menjadi 24 kursi sehingga menjadi partai terbesar ketiga di Belanda saat ini.

Salah seorang anggota parlemen dari PVV, James Sharpe, mengundurkan diri Kamis (18/11) karena terjerat kasus kriminal. Dia menjadi anggota parlemen asal PVV yang ketujuh yang berada di bawah sorotan media massa Belanda.

Sharpe mengundurkan diri setelah media melaporkan perusahaan internet yang berada di Hungaria didenda karena menyampaikan informasi yang keliru. Perusahaan internet milik Sharpe itu khusus menyediakan data gadis atau model yang bisa diajak kencan.

Perusahaan itu didenda karena menyajikan gambar atau data model yang keliru. Perempuan yang tak mau diajak berkencan itu justru datanya dipampang di situs milik perusahaannya. Insiden ini merupakan yang terbaru dari berbagai skandal yang melibatkan politikus PVV.

Sebelumnya pekan lalu, anggota parlemen PVV yang lain, Eric Lucassen, telah dihukum karena skandal seks pula. Mantan instruktur tentara itu telah melakukan hubungan seks dengan tentara remaja atas perintahnya.

Lucassen menyembunyikan catatan kriminalnya itu selama menjadi kandidat anggota parlemen dalam pemilu lalu. Dia juga pernah didenda karena mengganggu tetangganya dengan buang air kecil alias mengencingi kotak surat milik tetangganya. Lucassen berbuat ulah seperti itu karena ingin balas dendam karena anjing milik tetangganya diduga buang air besar di depan pintu rumahnya. Ironisnya sebelum skandal itu mencuat, Lucassen merupakan juru bicara PVV untuk isu-isu lingkungan rumah tangga.

Wilders telah meminta maaf kepada pemilih partainya atas sederet masalah yang dibuat anak buahnya itu. Namun dia menolak mencopot Lucassen dari parlemen. ”Dia tak akan bicara lagi atas nama PVV untuk isu-isu kebijakan pertahanan dan lingkungan rumah tangga,” kilah Wilders.

Lima anggota parlemen PVV lainnya juga sedang dalam sorotan media massa Belanda, karena perilakunya yang meragukan. Pada 2006, anggota parlemen PVV, Dion Graus, pernah dituntut ke pengadilan karena diduga telah menganiaya istrinya yang sedang hamil. Namun kasus itu dihentikan karena kurang bukti.

Kemudian, Hero Brinkman, salah seorang politikus PVV paling vokal, pernah menyerudukkan kepalanya kepada seorang pelayan dalam perkelahian di sebuah bar. Lantas Jhim van Bemmel pernah dituduh melakukan penipuan kebangkrutan.

Sementara Richard de Mos pernah berbohong ketika membuat riwayat hidupnya. Dia mengaku pernah menjadi kepala sekolah di sebuah lingkungan kumuh di Den Haag. Padahal dia hanya seorang guru di sebuah sekolah dasar. Dikonfirmasi mengenai kebohongan itu, De Mos berdalih telah mengikuti program pendidikan dua tahun untuk menjadi seorang direktur sekolah dan memiliki semua sertifikat yang disyaratkan untuk itu.

Wilder sendiri akan kembali di seret ke pengadilan pada awal tahun depan untuk menghadapi tuduhan telah memicu kebencian rasial. Dia beberapa kali melecehkan Islam, imigran Muslim, dan Alquran. Bahkan, dia menyamakan Alquran dengan buku ‘Mein Kampf’ karangan pimpinan Nazi, Adolf Hitler.

Petugas Rutan Dilarang Bicara Dengan Gayus

Plt Jaksa Agung Darmono menyarankan agar petugas penjara tidak berkomunikasi dengan terdakwa Gayus Halomoan Tambunan agar tidak terulang lagi praktik suap menyuap.

“Jangan terlalu banyak berkomunikasi terhadap pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Jangan sampai main-main dengan api,” ucap Plt Jaksa Agung Darmono, di Kejagung, Jakarta Jumat (19/11/2010) sore.

Terkait wacana isolasi, menurut Darmono penahanan di penjara adalah bagian dari isolasi. Yang terpenting agar perkara Gayus adalah pengawasan intensif. Termasuk masyarakat juga ikut mengawasi dimanapun dia berada.

“Jika ada di luar segera dilaporkan kepada yang berwenang sehingga jangan sampai terulang kembali,” saran dia.

Seperti diberitakan, Kejagung berencana memindahkan Gayus ke Rumah Tahanan Cabang Rutan Salemba yang ada di komplek Kejaksaan Agung. Kejagung akan memberi masukan kepada pengadilan atau hakim untuk mengeluarkan penetapan pemindahan
